Weight Loss From Green Tea
There are only two ways to treat obesity and one way is dieting and the other is significantly increasing daily energy expenditure. Weight loss from green tea is due primarily to increasing, +4%, energy expenditure on a daily basis. No one knows exactly why this happens, but scientists feel that it has to do with the high amount of catechin and polyphenols that are in the green tea extract.
